Welcome to Our Scavenger Hunt!
A day full of fun, laughter, good food, and a post hunt open bar!
All for a wonderful cause, the Greater Cleveland Fisher House.

So, how does Our Scavenger Hunt work?  We are only accepting 24 four-person teams.* You, and your three teammates will be given 30 challenges that will require your team to drive around, find, and photograph the items requested in your scavenger hunt booklet. 

How long do we have to find them? Your team will be given up to three hours, from 1 pm until 4 pm to locate as many challenges as possible. Your team must return by 4 pm or suffer penalty points. The first team to come back with the most challenges photographed, and the highest accumulated point total, will be the winner of Our Scavenger Hunt. Non-cash awards will be given to the scavenger hunt winners, as well as the team with the best headgear. (Be Creative)

What does it cost to participate?
The team entry fee is $400 for your four member team. ($100 per hunter) But wait, for an additional $100 you may add a 5th person* to your team, also known as your spare tire.... (not required)

Are there any perks with that $100? As a matter of fact there are. This registration fee includes not only the fun you're going to have, and you will have fun, but a lunch time snack, dinner, and the drinks you consume at the Black Forest from 4-7 pm. You will also receive 10 gift basket tickets and five 50/50 tickets, with a minimum winning pot of $250.

What time commitment is there, and what is the agenda? Come to the Black Forest patio in your matching team headgear. (team costumes would be a nice touch, but not a requirement like the headgear) Registration and snacks will take place from 12 noon until 12:45. Then 15 minutes of instruction. From 1 until 4 is Our Scavenger Hunt. Return to Black Forest by 4 pm, at which time, the open bar begins. Appetizers from 4-5 pm, followed by dinner and prize drawings. Open bar in place until 7 pm.


Are we looking for Sponsors? Donations? Gift Baskets?  We sure are! Any support you can offer would be appreciated, and will go a long way in helping to support the wonderful programs that are offered at the Greater Cleveland Fisher House, and we will need all the help we can muster to further that cause.  (Sponsorships of $1,000 or more include a 5 person scavenger hunt team)

What else could you use? Well, The biggest part of Our Scavenger Hunt are the interesting challenges we come up with. We are looking for individuals or companies to sponsor our 30 challenges at $50 per challenge. Those can be paid for via the Venmo address below, and a listing of those challenge sponsors will be made in the scavenger hunt booklet, along with the other event sponsorships.
